How Intesa Consulting LLC collects, uses, and protects the information you give us, including your mobile number.
We collect information you give us in the course of doing business with us. This includes your name, your email address, your mailing address, and your mobile phone number. We also keep records of communications with you, including text messages, so that we can follow up on schedules, approvals, and requests.
We use your information to run our business and to communicate with you: to schedule and confirm appointments and calls, to confirm approvals, to follow up on work in progress, and to answer your questions. We use your mobile phone number to send and receive text messages for those purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing. Our text messaging program is described in our Text Messaging Terms and Conditions.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only to the extent they need it to do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
You may stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to vazquez@intesaconsultingllc.com.
We keep business records, including message history, for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
